Details
A footwork kit for any sport. The ladder is about 8 feet long with six flat yellow rungs on black nylon straps. Slide the rungs along the straps to set the spacing you want.
Six orange disc cones mark out drills, lanes and grids, and they stack into one short column. The ladder and cones pack into the included drawstring bag, which is not shown in the photo.
