Details
A speed rope with slim black aluminum handles and a thin steel cable coated in red PVC. The handles turn on ball bearings.
The cable is 10 feet long and adjusts at the handle: loosen the set screw, pull the cable to your length, tighten and trim the excess. A small hex key for the screws is included (not pictured).
